Through historical partnerships with Walmart, Procter and Gamble, General Mills, and Tyson, Outlyr was tasked with showcasing Northwest Arkansas as a destination for talented employees and an inclusive community by highlighting the diverse culture in the region.
Outlyr leveraged the BITE Northwest Arkansas (BITE NWA) - a vibrant, family-friendly culinary event - to activate participating brands and the amazing diversity in the local restaurant scene.

Outlyr partnered with surrounding Convention and Visitors Bureaus to bring BITE NWA pop-up events to communities throughout Northwest Arkansas with a year-long series called BITE LITE.
Each event in the series spotlighted a local organization and featured a diverse selection of restaurants and chefs. The series kicked off in Downtown Rogers in partnership with local organization Black-Owned Northwest Arkansas, with over 80% of the participating restaurants being Black-owned.
The BITE LITE series successfully expanded the reach and impact of BITE NWA, fostering deeper community engagement and celebrating the region’s diversity.
The inaugural event in Downtown Rogers saw record attendance, driving increased visibility for black-owned businesses, restaurants and chefs. Leveraging the success of this event, Outlyr hosted BITE Pride which highlighted LGBTQIA+ businesses and community members.
Through strategic partnerships and localized activations, Outlyr helped position Northwest Arkansas as a vibrant, inclusive destination, strengthening ties between major brands and the local community.
